You choose the treatment you wish to give, write your letter and select the envelope. Once payment is made, a personal link is created; simply share it by WhatsApp or text message. When your loved one opens the link, they open the envelope on their phone and read your letter.
How long is the gift card valid?
The card is valid for two months from the date of payment. Within this period, an appointment can be booked for any day and time the recipient wishes.
How is an appointment booked?
The recipient contacts us by WhatsApp or telephone, quoting the code on the card, and together we arrange a convenient day and time.
How is payment made?
Payment is taken securely by credit or debit card through iyzico. The total amount is shown in the payment summary immediately before you confirm.
Which treatments can be given as a gift?
Facials, massages, body treatments and package programmes can all be given as gifts; you may combine several treatments on a single card.
What are the cancellation and refund terms?
